I am so excited to announce that the Philadelphia Wedding Project has chosen a winner! Congratulations to Caitlin and Rodney! They have an extraordinary story to tell. Both in the Army, they first met in March 2006, having both recently arrived at their unit, the 9th Engineer Battalion.

I am excited to stretch my photo storytelling skills to really dig into the core of their story and tell it from many perspectives. It will be really interesting to have 5 other fabulous photographers and some of my dearest friends all working together. With so many photographers, we can each take a different aspect of the day, follow other important people in this story to give it a completeness that we have never done before at a wedding.

Keep an eye on the PWP because the story has just begun….

Philadelphia Wedding features Caroline and Adam

Rush on over to the Philly Mag website because Philadelphia Wedding is featuring Caroline and Adams wedding. They had a gorgeous wedding at Cairnwood Estate, flowers by Offshoots! and catering by Feastivities. I am really excited and glad Philly Mag picked up their wedding.

The Knot Magazine F/W Issue – Jennifer and Jeff

Lots of cool stuff coming up! Run out to the newstands because Jennifer and Jeff’s wedding is in the F/W Pennsylvania issue of the Knot magazine. Jennifer and Jeff had a beautiful wedding last year at Appleford Estate. Feastivities did the super yummy food, Offshoots did the gorgeous yellow flowers. For those that are not familiar with Appleford, it is an old stone mansion with beautiful grounds and a waterfall. If you are looking for an outdoor rustic wedding venue then check it out. Run on over, or should I say click on over to Brides.com. They are featuring one of my photos of some gorgeous flowers that Donna from Beautiful Blooms designed. The flowers are from the wedding of Kristie and Dan at Cairnwood Estate. One thing this blog is good for is getting great ideas for your own wedding because there are so many different photos of flowers, themes, dresses and venues. I also always mention the great partners I work with that make these dreams a reality. Then of course, you have fabulous photos of the couples themselves!
